About the event
Join Katy Ibur for an immersive astrology and breathwork experience. We will explore and learn about the lessons and opportunities within the current astrology energies of Sagittarius season. Sagittarius is the Seeker, the Explorer, and we invite the magic of the Archer through a Soul Journey activated breathwork practice that alters your state of consciousness (similar to holotropic or rebirthing breathwork) and ignites deeper exploration of the body, soul, and your inner seeker. We then rest, integrate, and rejuvenate with a sound gong bath healing session with Ashaleah Hughes. After the breathwork journey, transition back to reality with a community ritual and optional socializing and tea time.
